Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain was one of the biggest and best games of 2021. MGS5, as it’s commonly known, offered up a great selection of unlockable outfits, unlockable music tapes and achievements within its game too to add to the already incredible stealth combat and wealth of mission approaching options.
Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain has you sneaking around a vast landscape, attempting to infiltrate different bases that feature some of the most intelligent AI ever seen in a video game. Not only do the AI react intelligently to your movements, but they learn over time of your tactics which forces you to switch up your game. On top of this, MGSV features the best stealth gameplay that really makes you feel like you’re somebody who’s not supposed to be there, but can be because they’re incredibly highly skilled.

UNLOCKABLES
“Happy Birthday!” Cutscene
Return to Mother Base on the day you entered as Snake’s birthday in the prologue to unlock a secret “Happy Birthday” cutscene with Ocelot, Kaz, and the rest of the Mother Base family.
Unlockable Music Tapes
These tapes can be played from the cassette menu in the iDroid. You can use the microphone on your binoculars to search the area and pinpoint the tapes location as you will hear the music.

P.T. Radio Broadcast
Right before Africa’s “Ngumba Industral Zone,” is a tent off to the right of the path and before the tunnel that contains the radio broadcast from Hideo Kojima’s P.T. detailing the disturbing murder details that repeated throughout the game.
